SMS Terms & Consent

Martial Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered business communication services including automated phone agents, call summaries, service alerts, and account notifications. This page describes how we collect consent to send SMS/text messages and the terms that govern our messaging program.
1. How We Obtain Consent
We obtain explicit, informed consent to send SMS messages through the following methods:
Online Signup (Self-Service)
When a business owner signs up for Martial Solutions services through our online wizard at martialsolutions.ai, they provide their phone number and explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications by checking a required consent checkbox before completing their registration.
Phone Onboarding (Voice Agent)
When a business owner calls our AI agent at (719) 631-3986 and signs up for service, the agent collects their phone number and explicitly asks for verbal consent to send SMS notifications. This consent is recorded as part of the call transcript and stored in our system.
Service Agreement
All Martial Solutions clients sign a service agreement that includes a dedicated SMS consent section. The agreement clearly states the types of messages that will be sent, message frequency, and opt-out instructions.
2. Types of Messages
Martial Solutions sends the following types of SMS messages to consented business clients:
- Call Summaries — After your AI agent handles a call, you receive a summary of what was discussed and any actions taken.
- Service Alerts — Notifications about dispatch requests, maintenance issues, or urgent matters reported by callers.
- Account Updates — Trial status, billing notifications, onboarding steps, and service changes.
- Daily Reports — End-of-day and overnight call summaries (if opted in).
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your plan and call volume. Most clients receive between 1-10 messages per day. You will never receive marketing or promotional messages unless you separately opt in.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message from us
- Reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START or contacting our team.

6. Cost
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Martial Solutions does not charge separately for SMS messages; they are included in your service plan.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to deliver the Martial Solutions services you signed up for. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
